Alan Duncan has spent much of his professional life in residential home design, where creativity and problem-solving come together to transform ideas into places people call home. Although design has been his primary creative outlet for many years, drawing and art have remained a lifelong personal interest.

In recent years, Alan has devoted more time to painting and sketching, enjoying the process of learning new techniques, experimenting with different mediums, and developing his own artistic voice. He is especially drawn to quiet outdoor scenes, natural textures, and subjects inspired by wooded settings, campfires, coastal landscapes, and everyday moments that carry a deeper meaning.
